I wanted to let you know that the feedback to your workshops on “Quality and Design”, which you delivered in April has been unanimously positive. When you consider that you addressed five very diverse Kosovar groupings, and got an enthusiastic “thumbs-up” from all, I believe even your usual modesty cannot forbid you from acknowledging that as a fair achievement!

Probably the secret to the whole success was the flexibility you adopted in tailoring the workshops to the specific needs of the different groups, and I really appreciate the time you took in advance to tease out with them their particular requirements. Apart from that, it was good to see “Q&D” treated in such a holistic way, not just relative to product but the entire business.
