Stephen has more than 30 years experience in product commercialisation, technology management and business improvement. He has hands-on practical experience in a number of areas including strategy development, management systems and technical and regulatory compliance.
Stephen has made significant contributions to standardization, quality/innovation infrastructure and removal of technical barriers to trade over an extended period of time, working with governments and industry, including contributing to the UK's national technology strategy programme and co-authoring the National Standardization Strategic Framework.
Stephen holds an MBA (Technology Management), is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and a Chartered Quality Professional. He was recently awarded the NEBOSH Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety.

Mike also has extensive experience of working with governmental institutions throughout Central and Eastern Europe, particularly the countries of the Western Balkans under the European Commission's CARDS (Community Assistance for Reconstruction, Development and Stabilization) and UNMIK Europe Aid programme of assistance for the countries of South-Eastern Europe.
Mike's experience extends to countries throughout the world, with particular and recent experience of strategies for an EU consistent system of technical regulations and voluntary standards, introduction of sales & marketing strategies to national standards bodies including developing & implementing systems to achieve global product certification and process technical standards identification systems.
Mike has extensive senior IT management experience in a number of blue-chip companies, including Marks and Spencer plc and Bhs Ltd. He has recently completed an assignment implementing a retail ERP system into the Paris division of a well-known UK business and integrated this system into the UK operation.
Mike delivered the first eLearning programme for British Standards committee members and has developed online programmes for other professional and public bodies.
He has experience of the full project life cycle and using formal methods including Prince 2, LSDM and Summit D.
Anigna has worked in a number of marketing and communications executive roles for a variety of UK-based companies, including Honeywell, ICL and ESPA.
